Audiovisual

The following equipment will be provided in meeting spaces:

Formal Papers, Workshops, Teaching Techniques, 3MT, and Spark Talks:

  • PowerPoint projectors and screens are provided.
  • Wireless Internet is provided in the meeting rooms.
  • Computers are NOT provided; please bring your own computer and connection for the projector.  

Panels, Academics-Community-Partnered Projects, Author-Meets-Critics, Academics Meet Activists, Scholars Meet Students, Authors Meet Teachers, and Roundtables:

  • NO audiovisual equipment will be provided.
  • Wireless Internet is provided in the meeting rooms.

Posters:

  • Large standing bulletin boards & pushpins will be provided.

Exceptions:  If your presentation requires audiovisual equipment or Internet hookup which is outside the limitations described above – you MUST request it by email to the Executive Office 3 weeks before the meeting. We will work with the hotel to make arrangements for reasonable requests.
